Breanna Bond was a deeply unhappy American child living in California. At the age of 9, the girl weighed 84 kilograms, which was simply monstrous for her age.
The simple joys of childhood, like playing with her peers, were out of reach for Breanna. Moreover, it was even difficult for the girl to walk, she moved slowly from foot to foot. The little girl had practically no friends, and her classmates decided to subject her to real persecution.
The parents could no longer look at their daughter’s suffering, dismissing everything as “childish bloat”, and sent her for a serious medical examination. Based on the results of the exams, the girl was given a treatment plan and after 14 months Breanna was simply unrecognizable!
Breanna has never been a fluff, they are usually touched and do not miss the opportunity to pinch her cheek. But parents began to notice that their baby was gaining weight faster than his peers.
Over the past two years, obesity among girls has become a serious problem. The baby’s mother, Heidi, was very scared. The woman even believed that such changes were the result of a serious illness.
Initially, the doctors assumed that the baby had some sort of genetic disease or thyroid gland problems. But their final verdict was much simpler and worse for that. According to experts, the source of all Breanna’s problems is banal overeating and addiction to junk food.
After consultation, the girl’s mother and father decided that their daughter needed the support of the whole family. After all, if Breanna were to go on a special diet on her own, she would inevitably start to feel like an outcast in her own home.
Therefore, in the action plan to save the baby’s health, there were points not only for her, but for all households!
The Bond family, though heartbroken, managed to say goodbye to junk food. And then – more. The couple and their children started taking long walks, which was not their rule before.
This was followed by jogging, then swimming. It was then that Breanna first found something that really interested her. After 14 months of hard work in the pool, the baby got a real chance to compete in the Youth Olympic Games.
During these 14 months, the girl lost up to 35 kilograms. Now the built Breanna is simply unrecognizable.
Classmates who bullied the baby couldn’t help but notice his persistence. Soon she became a full member of the school team and even entered the local cheerleading team.
According to the girl’s parents, the main factor in their daughter’s recovery was their overall perseverance. The whole family walked and ran in all weathers. Neither rain, nor snow, nor hail could deflect the Bond family from the designated path.
More importantly, Breanna’s parents were able to admit their mistake in time. Today, for many mothers, “paying” a child with a packet of crisps or a burger from the nearest fast food joint is the norm.
And when the real problems start, it is customary to tackle everything on the famous “big bone”. But remember: the health of our children is in our hands.
